Coming home on Wednesday 8/14 and some pics of Thursday- Back to school night....

Hunter loves his little brother.....it shows....and he LOVES being a BIG BROTHER!!!! Everything he says now is...." I can..... because I'm a big brother!"  It's so cute to watch him!

 Alexis' new teacher for 2nd grade....Mrs. Jessup!  She's super nice and she's been teaching at Plains for 15 years.  YAY! Alexis is very excited to be in 2nd grade....

 Ryan at 2 days old...he is jaundice.  Ethan was also jaundice but I don't remember him being as jaundice as Ryan.  I did have to take him to get a bilirubin levelchecked twice during his first week of life....and fed him as much as possible to get that level down...and it came down! YAY! Sweet little boy!

 I just love his feet....and his little toes....are so cute! They are not as pronounced to the back anymore so I'm glad I took this picture when I did!

 Wednesday getting Ryan dressed to come home.  He has a great set of lungs....quiet but I'm sure they get stronger with time! LOL!

 All snuggled up next to Daddy! Was he really this little?  Ryan came down to 8lbs 5oz while in the hospital!

 Here he is after coming home on Wednesday.  He is very jumpy with all the new sounds of home, so we keep him swaddled up and he loves it!  Sleep away and grow....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......

I can't say thank you enough to a sweet friend of our's~ Crystal Croshaw.....who has been our family photographer for the past 5 years! She is AMAZING with the camera.....what do you think?  These were taken on Friday~ Ryan was 4 days old...I LOVE them!!!!

 

August 13th.....Tuesday

The day after Ryan's birth brought a few fun times.  My parents were down (they came Sunday night) to help with Ethan, Alexis and Hunter while I was in the hospital.  The kids are in love with their brother!! They are all going to be great helpers and examples- I just know it! Also, my parents took the kids to the Fair- it was half off on rides night.  They had such a wonderful time, they begged Chris to take them back....and Alexis was chosen to.....sit on an alligator! Ethan/Alexis/Hunter Beach

My parents took the kids back for 1 week of the beach in Delaware!  Chris and I had not made it with the baby coming.  The kids were more than happy to go play and have a blast with Mam-ah and Pap-Pap!!!  They also spent lots of time with my Aunt Frances, Hayden and Haneah (my cousins 2 kids).  They had a blast!!!!  Here are a few pics of their week! Chris and I missed them but I worked extra and then went in to have the external rotation (b/c breach) and Chris was on several interviews and not home anyway!  Thank you Mom and Dad for your willingness to take them!!!!!!  WE LOVE YOU!!!
